A drummer who is not afraid to go crazy. I mean pound on the drums like there is no tomorrow. He also needs great rhythm to go along with an almost violent attitude when playing. Of course we will need plenty of practice, but that will come along as we go. I don't want the next John Bohnam, Ringo Starr, or Keith Moon. Yet I want the attitude that you have what it takes
